we have a range of customised and non-customised both products
after placing an order, our team will reach out to you on WhatsApp to discuss the customisation or you can reach out to us on WhatsApp or
+91 8305715939 with your order ID, we will ensure every detail and customisation matches with your preferences.
2.Is my order confirmed?
Once you placed your order you, you should receive an email confirmation with your order ID.
3.I want to modify or add a new requirement for customisation
No , it is not possible to modify or change the customisation once the designing has already been done .
4.When will you ship my order?
Since we have range of customised and non-customised product.
And time varies in shipment of customized products as per their customization and quantity. Estimated shipping time of Customized Products can be anywhere from 15- 25 Days, depending upon your product.

5.When will my order get delivered?
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch .delivery time, vary depending on your location.
6.Can I cancel my order?
we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to process your order quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please note that once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled. If you have any queries , please reach out to us.

Returns & Exchange
8. My order returned back to Buddy Handmades
we understand the importance of accurate shipping information for timely deliveries, but in any circumstance, if your parcel gets returned back to us by the courier service due to customer’s phone number was not reachable or the address was incorrect. In such cases, the customer is liable to pay extra delivery or return – to – origin( RTO )charges that may arise due to inaccurate shipping details, we recommend you to double check all the shipping information before confirming your order to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
9.what is your return policy?
At Buddy handmades we have a strict no return policy. We take great care in ensuring that each item is crafted with precision . If there are any issues with your order such as damage during transit or you have received a wrong product, please mail us at buddyhandmades@gmail.com or contact
In such cases, we need proper unboxing video of your product so that we can review the evidence and confirm the validity of claim .
10 .I have received a damaged product. What should I do?
In case you have received a damage product, please reach out to us with an unboxing video for the evidence so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible in 3/4 days after Receiving your order.
11.can I get refund?
We don’t refund money, even if the item is damaged defective, we only exchange the product.
